History of Peruvian Cuisine

This morning, Carmen and I took the moms to central Lima to see the exhibition of the history of Peruvian cuisine. The exhibits where very well done and everything was well explained. Did you know that Peruvians are responsible for domesticating the potato? It used to be poisonous to eat potatoes, who would have guessed, not me. Enjoy the few pictures I was able to take this morning.
